The show will be full-band…actually bigger than we’ve seen in years: Antonio Carella on electric guitar, Brian O’Quinn on drums, Chris Paquette on percussion, Peter Murray on bass, and Kurt Festge on keys. Alex Blomarz will be joining us on sax for a few…
This will be a COSTUME-FRIENDLY EVENT…so dust off your favorite tie-dyes and hula hoops, your wigs and wings, or your lonely Halloween costumes for that matter! Sorry, no bongos. But of course, in the noble and time-tested spirit of openness, ALL ARE WELCOME!
JABBERWOCKY MARIONETTES will be bringing their biking frogs and snakes for your enjoyment…
Hope to celebrate with you, old school/Shakedown-style(look it up, kids:)…
No acid for gifts please. Actually no gifts at all.
$5 cover before 9, 21 and over, $3 Jameson shots all night long (actually always at Elbo – benefits of an Irish owner)

Join Chris Paquette of the Frank Catalano Sextet and too many other awesome projects to remember, Antonio Carella of his own burning L’Orchestre Super Vitesse and Occidental Brothers Dance Band International, and little old me for a set of stripped-down Lovesongs both old and new. We’ll be digging deep into the vault so help us blow the dust away!
Had a great full-moon weekend in August at Chrome Attic studio in Crystal Lake, IL with Kurt Festge at the helm (later to join on keyboards). Antonio Carella (electric guitar), John Vander Weit (bass), and Brian O’Quinn (drums) were in the house. An Echo of You is on its way… Still have plenty of work to go but can’t wait to sew this one up and bring the new tunes to your ears!

Come join us for another evening at the Nest, 2500 N. Southport, Chicago. Here’s the full band show we’ve been looking forward to. Digging deeper into Lovesongs and polishing up a few new ones. Look forward to seeing you there!
